  1. A nonrefundable fee of N1000 (One thousand Naira) is payable to obtain this form
  2. The application form when duly filled should be returned through with a receipt of N10,000 (Ten thousand Naira) registration fee  payable to NLL’s
  3. The duly filled form is subject to the approval or disapproval of the screening committee. If disapproved the registration fee will be refunded.
  4. The committee’s decision is final.
  5. NLL will not go into any dialogue on any disapproved application.
